The al fresco living area with its massive palapa roof is a great place to kick back with a cool drink and enjoy the amazing sunsets over Bahia Zihuatanejo.
The high palapa roof soars over the space. The floors are acid-washed red Puebla marble and the view is spectacular. The terrace spans the entire length of the villa. The breeze flows off the bay though the Parota wood shutters to keep you comfortable and cool.
The great room features an onyx dining table for six, ample seating in the built-in banquette, two tooled leather barstools and two wicker armchairs. The hammered copper-covered coffee table is from the town of Santa Clara del Cobre. Two walls are hand troweled and pigmented plaster and the artwork is all by local artists of local scenes. The back wall is foot-thick stone. It is French farmhouses meet tropical chic.
